You’ll notice a range of measures onsite at Gateway Business Park to help you and your clients minimise interruptions to business from the COVID-19 Global Pandemic.

Tenants and visitors already benefit from almost touch free travel from parking areas and public transport locations to their offices.

Firstly you will notice the social distancing signage and floor decals to encourage the required social distancing, and hand sanitiser dispensers available at key entry and exit points.

In the background cleaning regimes have been updated to take into account latest practices including thrice daily touch point cleaning has been implemented in common areas.

We will endeavour to have masks available at the building managers office should you desire them.

4.5 STAR NABERS rating - A new Environmental Benchmark

A New Benchmark

After the installation of the new air conditioning system at a cost of circa $3 million by the building owners in 2013, the estates office towers hit a coveted 4 Star NABERS rating in 2014, making the complex one of the few rated strong environmental performers in Western Sydney.

Further actions were undertaken by the building owners and building management over 2014 and 2015, and Gateway managed to achieve further savings to hit a 4.5 Star NABERS rating onsite. This represents a significant environmental saving of approximately 86,000kwh of electricity between the 2014 and the 2015 Calendar Years alone.

More importantly, large economic savings to tenants have been achieved on the outgoings which have helped offset the energy cost increases impacting on businesses.  

 

 

After Hours Security Escort Service

Outside the regular security patrols, security can be called to attend if required to ensure staff safety. 

A patrolman can be on site at your premises within 30 minutes to escort you to your car after dark.
